What a corporate event costs

It depends on the city, the date and the size of the group, so every option comes with its own all-in price. Venue, catering, setup and screens are included, and you see the total before you choose. That total is exactly what we invoice.

Questions, answered.

Something else? Email [email protected]. A person answers.

What kinds of corporate events can we run through Pluria?

The ones teams run every month: trainings, workshops, meetings, client dinners, kick-offs, team days, launches, networking evenings and celebrations. Most are for 10 to 50 people, and we go up to 200, always within a single day. We take care of the venue, catering, setup, and screen and sound. Accommodation and travel aren't included, and the agenda stays yours.

What happens after we send the brief?

A person on our events team calls or messages you to confirm the details, usually the same day. Once the brief is complete, you get 3 to 5 options within 48 hours, side by side, each with one all-in price.

How much does a corporate event cost?

It depends on the city, the date and the size of the group, so every option comes with its own all-in price. Venue, catering, setup and screens are included, and you see the total before you choose. That total is exactly what we invoice. Nothing gets added later.

Is it more expensive than booking direct?

Put our options next to any quote you already have: each shows one all-in price, and that's what you pay. For most teams, the bigger saving is the week they don't spend chasing venues.

Do you handle catering for corporate events?

Yes. Catering is part of every option, from coffee breaks to lunch or dinner, and it's included in the all-in price. Tell us about dietary needs in the brief and we arrange them with the venue.

Which cities do you cover?

More than 200, with the widest choice in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Portugal and Romania. Somewhere else? Send the brief anyway and we'll find the venues.

How far ahead should we send the brief?

As soon as you have a date, or even just a month. Options arrive within 48 hours of the complete brief, so short notice is normal for us. For busy weeks, like January kick-offs, earlier means more rooms to choose from.

Can we visit a venue before we book?

Yes. Tell your coordinator which option you'd like to see, and we'll arrange the visit with the venue.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Not to start. You approve each event on its own, with no minimums and no retainer. If you run events regularly, one agreement covers all of them.

Can you invoice us in our company's name?

Yes. We invoice from our own entity in your country: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Portugal or Romania, with the local electronic invoice or VAT. Events in Europe are priced in euros, everywhere else in US dollars.

Can we set budgets and approvals?

Yes. Give each team a budget and a spending policy, and send events above your threshold to the right approver before anything is booked. Every event, offer and invoice sits in one dashboard.

What if we cancel or change the headcount?

Each venue sets its own terms, so we write them on every option before you choose, never after. Headcount changes are confirmed with the venue and reflected in your total before anything is invoiced.

What if the venue doesn't deliver what we agreed?

Message your coordinator and they take it up with the venue on the spot. We're your supplier, not the venue, so you never have to argue it out yourself. If something you approved wasn't delivered, we settle it with the venue and the credit comes off your invoice.

Will someone from Pluria be there on the day?

Not in person, as standard. Your coordinator confirms every detail with the venue beforehand and stays reachable all day. One person, one message away.

We already use an agency. Why Pluria?

Agencies and travel management companies are built for the annual conference, where long RFPs make sense. We're built for the events you run every week: a training for 12 on Tuesday, a client dinner on Thursday. Keep them for the big moments. Send us everything else.

Let's plan the next one together.

AI finds the options, fast. But it's an actual human from Pluria who helps you pick the perfect one and sees it through. Free to ask. Nothing to sign until you choose.
