Pluria SafeSpot

Introducing Pluria SafeSpot designed to offer your employees a safe working environment.

The certification is a pledge the spaces in our network take to ensure you that they meet the health and safety recommendations of the World Health Organisation.

SafeSpot partners requirements

In order to receive the SafeSpot certification from Pluria, the spaces agree to comply with the following requirements:


Social Distancing

At least 1.5 meters distance between workstations.


Masks Required Inside

Every employee must wear a mask in the closed spaces.


Cleaning & Disinfecting

Routinely clean and disinfect all common surfaces, at least twice a day.


Personal Hygiene - materials provided by the space

Hand sanitizer and tissues provided at the space entrance and in other locations.


Incident Reporting & Information

Place signage that allow members to navigate shared amenities, procedure in place if any COVID-19 case confirmed.


Food & Beverages

Compostable cups for coffee, water & tea and pre-wrapped food (if offering any).

Your employees identify the SafeSpot in our network, marked with a badge.

Step 2

They verify the safety requirements that a space comply with.

Step 3

They check into the space & work in a safe environment.
