These terms of use are governed by the laws of Romania and you agree that all disputes and litigations which may arise as a result of the use of the Website shall be referred for settlement to courts of law in Romania, Bucharest, unless the law mandatorily imposes exclusive jurisdiction of another court.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or inapplicable, in whole or in part, under the applicable law, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed, to such extent, as not part of these Terms, and the legality, validity and applicability of the remaining parts of these Terms shall not be affected thereby.
